Mr. Figueroa was born and raised in New York. He speaks English and Spanish. Figueroa, a son of immigrants, received his Bachelors Degree in the study of Social Sciences at City College of New York. Figueroa enjoys working in the UNMS community.
Mr. Figueroa has been a member of the UNMS community since 2009.
